A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Armstrong Corner M&R Station (2024.0031)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas proposes to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission authorization for the installation of gas metering and regulating upgrades within an existing natural gas facility at 465 Armstrong Corner Rd., Middletown, New Castle County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
