A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Central DE H4H Collins Drive (2024.0025)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to the Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a single-family home at 411 Collins Drive, Dover, DE 19901. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
