A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Trash Gurls LLC (2024.0018)

Trash Gurls, LLC proposes to use a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit 12 for the installation of a natural gas line under a drainage channel at 250 Garrison Oak Drive, Dover, Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
