A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Selbyville M&R Station (2024.0011)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas (ESNG) proposes to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Automatic Blanket Certificate to expand the existing metering and regulation station located at 38544 Dupont Blvd. in Selbyville, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
