Bunting & Murray Construction Corporation, requests a Natural Minor permit to install and operate one (1) Morbark 3800 XL Wood Grinder at the following locations:

Coastal Villages: North of Lighthouse Rd., east of Polly Branch Rd., west of Hudson Rd., southeast of Roxana Rd., Selbyville, DE (Map Parcel # 533-17.00-71.00)

Creek Haven: Baltimore Hundred, Selbyville, DE (Map Parcel # 533-16.00-81.01)

Selbyville Town Village/Atlantic Lakes: Lighthouse Rd. and Hudson Rd., Selbyville, DE (Map Parcel # 533-17.00-170.01)

Bunting & Murray Construction Corp Yard: 32924 Lighthouse Rd., Selbyville, DE (Map Parcel #533-18.00-47.01)

The Wood Grinder will be limited to a maximum of 1,300 hours of operation per year in accordance with the requirements of Minor New Source Review. The unit will be permitted to emit 0.13 TPY of PM, 0.01 TPY of SO_X, 4.83 TPY of NO_X, 1.55 TPY of CO and 0.24 TPY of VOC by Permit# APC-2022/0024-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending December 27, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
