The DNREC Surface Water Discharges Section will conduct a public meeting and a public hearing (Docket #2019-P-W-0025) on NaturaLawn of America’s application for a distribution and marketing permit. (Public Comment Period Closed)

NaturaLawn of America has applied for a distribution and marketing permit, for the distribution and marketing of Class A/Exceptional Quality biosolids fertilizer products throughout the State of Delaware.

A public meeting will be held on this application on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, beginning at 6:00 PM in the auditorium of the DNREC Richardson and Robins building, in Dover. A public hearing on the application will be held immediately following the public meeting.
