Notice has been given that:

Eastern States Construction Services requests a permit to construct a diesel fired Kleenman MC110 Zi EVO portable track mounted crusher at their 127 College Square, Newark, New Castle County location. The crushing operation will be permitted to emit 0.003 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), 0.055 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of nitrogen oxides (NOX), 0.032 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of carbon monoxide (CO), 0.148 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of particulate matter (PM¬10), and 0.201 tons per twelve (12) month rolling period of sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions by Permit: APC-2021/0097-Construction. The duration of the crushing operation will be 12 weeks.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 22, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
